About OpenView Tours
OpenView Tours is an independent tour-comparison guide curated by Gordon Whitcombe, owner-operated from Boston since 2015. We catalog and compare guided tours and experiences across seven trusted comparison-search partners — partner names are listed on our disclosures page for FTC affiliate transparency — so you can frame the right experience before clicking out to book.

What we are not
OpenView Tours is not a tour operator, travel agency, OTA, or ticket seller. We do not process payments and never see card data. Every listing links out to a third-party partner; bookings complete on their site under their terms.
How we keep the guide honest
- Every listing is checked at the partner's public page before publication; pricing and inclusions you see are the partner's at the time of writing, and the partner's checkout is the source of truth.
- Outbound links are re-tested on a rolling 30-day cycle. Dead or rerouted partners are pulled.
- No partner pays for inclusion or higher placement. The order is editorial.
- No sponsored "best of" posts, no advertorial, no celebrity endorsements.
- Corrections are published on the same page with the change date.
How we make money
OpenView Tours is reader-supported through affiliate referral fees. When you click an outbound link and complete a booking on a partner site, the partner may pay us a small commission — at no extra cost to you. That commission does not change the price you see on the partner's page, and it does not influence the editorial order in which we list tours. We do not host third-party display-ad networks on our own pages, and we do not sell reader data.
